Refund and Exchange Policy
Thanks for shopping at www.supremeairproducts.com. We always want you to be 100 % satisfied with your purchase. In a small number of cases if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it within 30 days for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must not have physical or cosmetic damage. Please contact us prior to your return and acquire an RMA number. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within 10 days or receiving the return. In certain circumstances it might take a few extra days depending on your card issuer’s policies
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you have any other questions on how to return your item to us, contact us.
We offer an unmatched 8 Year warranty on all our products. If the product becomes faulty within 8 years of original purchase date, please contact us for an exchange. Please save your original receipt as we may require a proof of purchase.
